Man accused of robbing ice cream shop, Police seek second suspect

Tuesday, Madison Police responded to man being robbed in parking lot of Bruster's off County Line Road.

The victim said two men pointed a weapon at him and demanded his wallet and other property.

Officers arrested 19-year-old Richard Stephens later Tuesday night and have charged him with robbery.

They are searching for 19-year-old Gerald Varise of Madison for the second suspect in the robbery. Police say Varise could be armed and dangerous.
