Tim Knox, Publisher
Tim is an experienced publishing executive who is also a native of Madison. As a serial entrepreneur, Tim has started several businesses in his hometown over the last 20 years, including Madison Guns & Ammo, which opened in 2007 in Madison and added a second location in Huntsville in 2009.
Tim is also a critically-acclaimed speaker, syndicated business columnist, and contributing business writer for Entrepreneur.com. Tim's unique perspective on business and life has been enjoyed by those who have read his columns, listened to his radio show, and heard him speak in person.
As a teacher, Tim is a certified FastTrac® instructor who has led numerous seminars and has lectured extensively on the subjects of entrepreneurship, small business, technology and e-business.

John Few, Managing Editor
John has over 15 years of experience in news as a reporter, editor, managing editor, sales manager and publisher.
Few came to Madison from Meridian, Miss., where he worked for the daily newspapers, The Demopolis Times and The Meridian Star. He was also the Editor and Publisher of Meridian & East Mississippi and Meridian Plus magazines, which he founded. Meridian Plus was a family-friendly magazines that focused on community events, entertainment and activities.
Few began his journalism career as the news editor of three different weekly publications in south central Mississippi: The Taylorsville Post, the Smith County Reformer and the Jasper County News. He also was the managing editor of a company-owned magazine, Senior Lifestyles in Hattiesburg.

Cheryl Knighten, Director of Sales & Marketing
Cheryl Knighten moved to Madison in 1999 and over the years watched the city grow from sleepy country town to the fastest growing city in the state.
She watched new residents move in and new businesses spring up. And along the way she helped many of those businesses grow their customer base and increase their revenue as an advertising consultant.
Knighten worked for 11 years as a Yellow Page consultant for Southern Directory Company, the original competition for Ma Bell, and four years with Alabama Directory Company, Madison's targeted yellow pages.
An additional six years working with other advertising companies that included Cinema Billboard Network; Coupons, Mailings and More; Auto Trader; and Theatrical Lighting Systems helped round out her skills as an advertising strategist and business growth expert.

Jennifer Few, Marketing Specialist
Jennifer has been very active in volunteerism and promoting family living. She comes to Madison from Meridian, Miss. where she served as a Community Outreach Specialist for the Girl Scouts.
She also led a Girl Scout troop in Meridian. Jennifer and her husband, John, have four daughters, Amy, 13; Dominique 11; Susan, 8; and Madison, 6. They attend Horizon Elementary School and Discovery Middle School. |
