Redefining Fitness

Simply put, the fitness industry has by and large gotten things wrong over the past four decades. Most routines are still based around the bodybuilding philosophy of isolated resistance training. This method segments the body into individual muscle groups and serves the sole purpose of growing big muscles. These workouts produce what we refer to as "show" muscles.
